For strict quality control we have launched the relative quality control equipment from the beginning of establishment of our factory. Light box, tensile testing machines, needle detector, fabric inspecting machines etc.
1.For light box we use it to check color lab dips, bulk fabric colors and accessories under different light source ( i.e. D65 natural, TL84 shop light), this will ensure that we match the color as much as possible with the customer's requirements.
2.For Tensile testing machine, we use it to test the strength of straps, snaps and other accessories, be sure the bulk good's strength of adhesion are up to the standard to the customer's country regulation or customer's requirement.
3.Needle detectors sometimes are required especially when the products are for baby or for kids, this is according to the safety regulation of European, USA and Australian market.
4.Fabric inspection is required for each lot of fabrics when they first come into the warehouse, before cutting. It will help to inspect the defects, measure the width and the total length of fabrics.
so when there're defects or shortage of materials, we'll know immediately and precaution will be taken into place immediately after all these inspections.
