With the increasing demand for bags, China's bags export is also increasing, the export of bags are mainly the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, France and other countries.

In order to increase the order volume, more and more luggage factories are doing foreign trade and dealing with foreigners. When bags are exported to other countries, the product quality should be checked and the relevant import laws and regulations of other countries should be met. Different countries often have different import quality standards for bags. For example, the European Union has issued bans on azo dyes, pentachlorophenol, formaldehyde, hexavalent chromium, heavy metals, etc., requiring luggage products to provide strict chemical content testing certificates. So, do you know what quality inspection tests are usually required for luggage exports?

First, functional testing. Functional test is to verify the functions of the luggage product. According to the functional test cases, test item by item to check whether the product meets the functions required by the user. The primary function of a bag is to carry goods, and the carrying capacity is mainly reflected in the bearing capacity of the box, harness, handle and side pull, etc. It is necessary to test the key accessories on the bag.

Second, physical testing. Physical test is to detect the resistance and weight of bags and bags, but also to test the physical properties of the applied materials, a series of tear strength, suture strength, friction color fastness, anti-aging, wear resistance strength, color sublimation, color migration fastness and a series of tests.

Third, chemical testing. Chemical test generally refers to whether the material used on the bag can meet the environmental protection requirements, which needs to be tested according to the standards of each country. The environmental protection testing items of chemical harmful substances to be exported to European and American countries mainly include azo dyes, heavy metals, formaldehyde, phthalates, organotin compounds, flame retardants, alkylphenol, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, etc., which generally require a third party authoritative testing institutions to provide quality inspection report.
